Drain Brian Mini Cake
If you’re squeamish, look away now. Made to look like a glistening brain, this gruesome cake was definitely the most convincing when it came to the gore factor. Inside is a red velvet cake covered with sugar paste and glazed with strawberry jam, decorated with a pipette filled with strawberry syrup. Deliciously squeamish, we reckon this fun centre-piece will go down a treat with the more mischievous kids and adults in the house.
